How do I return an article?

 The process is simple. You can return the products directly to the address indicated on the package. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the products are in poor condition or if they have been worn more than for a fitting.

How should I return an article outside France and Europe?

If you wish to return your international order, here are the steps to follow:

    1. Remove the documents from the transparent pouch on your package

    2. Bring the sheet entitled Customs Declaration

    3. Check the Return of Goodsbox

    4. Return documents in transparent pouch

    5. Ship your package to your local station (shipping costs remain your responsibility)

We reserve the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps. In this case, it will be returned to the shipper.

How much time can I have to return my article?

You have the legal deadline of 15 days from the receipt of your parcel to return your items to us. It must be new and in its original packaging. Beyond this time we will not be able to accept your return.

Who pays for the return costs?

The return costs are at your expense, however, if you request an exchange for a different size, we will offer you the shipping costs.

How do I change or cancel my order?

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order that has already been validated.
